1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MYSTES ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MYSTES is a travel assistance platform that helps users find price differences for flights across different regional markets. We act as a facilitator to help you book directly with airlines at lower regional prices.

3. How It Works

  • Price Discovery: We scan airline pricing across different regional markets to identify price differences.
  • Platform Fee: When you find a deal, you pay a platform fee (35% of your savings for subscribers, 50% for guests, min $3) to unlock access to the booking page.
  • Direct Booking: You book directly with the airline through their regional website. MYSTES does not sell tickets or act as a ticket reseller.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information when creating an account
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Ensuring you meet all visa, passport, and travel requirements
  • Completing your booking directly with the airline
  • Understanding that prices may change between when you view a deal and when you complete booking

5. Payment Terms

  • Platform fees are charged via Stripe
  • Payments are non-refundable once verified, except as required by law
  • Payment verification typically occurs within seconds but may take longer during network congestion

6. No Guarantee of Availability

Flight prices and availability are controlled by airlines and may change at any time. We do not guarantee that any deal will still be available when you attempt to book. Deals shown are based on cached data and may not reflect real-time pricing.

7. Limitation of Liability

MYSTES is not liable for:

  • Price changes between deal display and booking
  • Flight cancellations, delays, or changes by airlines
  • Issues with bookings made on airline websites
  • Loss of funds due to user error
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on MYSTES are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
