We access wholesale consolidator fares and NDC-direct airline connections that aren't available to regular consumers. These are the same fares travel agencies use.

Are the tickets real airline tickets?

Yes. Every booking produces a real airline e-ticket with a PNR (booking reference) issued through the airline's own systems. You can manage your booking directly with the airline.

What is the MYSTES platform fee?

We charge a percentage of the savings we find for you. Guests pay 50%, free members 45%, and Travel+ subscribers just 35%. If we don't find savings, you pay nothing.

Is my payment information secure?

All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. MYSTES never stores your card details.
